Microfinishing film is produced by electrostatic coation on high strength PET film, which can make for  the uniform arrangement of abrasive grains resulting higher efficiency of grinding and smooth polishing. The available abrasive materials are aluminum oxide, silicon carbide and other abrasive depends on different hardness of worpiece.
